Biography: Scott McNealy is chairman of the board of directors of Sun Microsystems, a company he co-founded in 1982 and chairman of Sun Federal Inc. In his 22 years at the helm, McNealy grew Sun from a Silicon Valley start-up to a leading provider of network computing infrastructure with 37,900 employees worldwide, all while positioning the Company as the model of corporate integrity.

Biography: Pim Dale is a member of the EMEA Executive Management Team and has managed EM-EMEA for five years, where his responsibilities are the general management of all aspects of Dell business in the above territories. Before his appointment, Pim was the UK Corporate Sales Director at Dell where he led the Dell UK organisation to attain No. 1 market position in the Corporate sector during his tenure.
